Recruitment & Training

Our manpower is sourced from Maharashtra, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, and Punjab through district employment officers and Rozgar Melas. Candidates are carefully selected, meeting strict criteria of fitness, education, and discipline.

Every new recruit undergoes 7 days of intensive training at our Alibag Training Centre, covering:
