With years of service in India’s most elite commando force, Mr. Ulhas Patil brings tactical expertise, sharp decision-making, and leadership skills that are the backbone of Sai Protection Group. His decorated career includes personal protection duties for national leaders like Shri L.K. Advani, Shri Rajnath Singh, Shri Narendra Modi, and many others. His vision is to introduce the Commando Concept of Security into the private sector, ensuring a disciplined and alert workforce.

Mr. Dilip B. Patil – Co-Founder (Ex-Army)

A proud Army veteran, Mr. Dilip Patil brings years of defense experience and operational excellence to the company. His leadership ensures that every guard, bouncer, or officer trained under Sai Protection Group meets the highest standards of physical fitness, mental alertness, and ethical service.

Trained & Disciplined Workforce

Our security personnel are carefully recruited from Maharashtra, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, and Punjab. Each candidate undergoes a strict selection process and 7 days of intensive training at our Alibag Training Centre, conducted by retired Army and NSG professionals.

Training Focus Areas:

• Drill, discipline, and code of conduct

• Duties & responsibilities of security staff

• First Aid & fire safety training

• Crisis response & evacuation drills

• Incident reporting & coordination with police
